系统工程

System engineering
MECC Hydraulic can design and manufacture hydraulic, lubrication, automatic systems & cylinders. MECC Hydraulic also can supply piping installation and cleaning circulation, commissioning on site. This can be called Turn-key project. The customer only needs to face one supplier instead of six suppliers for a hydraulic project. Customers can get high quality hydraulic equipments and service. Project’s period can be shortened (about 10-20 days) thanks to simple management chains. MECC Hydraulic is the best enterprise for the ‘turn-keys’ projects in China.

Piping Project:
MECC Hydraulic has finished more than 100 sets of piping project as AGC, mill, forge press, blast furnace, grate cooler and extrusion press (cleanness reached to NAS5). Circular filtrated equipments (2500L/min), CCS1 contamination detector and SK2010 hydraulic system data recorder can supply high quality piping project for user. The engineer from SMS, MORGAN, METSO, DANIELI have praised our projects.
Capital Steel AGC of 3500 hot strip mill- finished in 30 days, and the cleanness got to NAS 5 degree;
Ying Kou I/S Corp.AGC of 2700 hot strip mill- finished in 20 days, and the cleanness: NAS 5 degree;
Shiheng I/S Corp.: High-speed wire rode mill -cleanness reached to NAS 6 degree;
