喷嘴和喷雾系统（Nozzle & spraying system）
　　北京迈克大音喷雾技术有限责任公司前身是国内第一家从20世纪80年代初就开始喷嘴产品研发制造的企业。 1986年正式建成了国内第一条喷嘴生产线和第一座全功能的喷嘴实验室，并于1987年通过部级鉴定，填补了国内喷嘴设计制造检验领域的空白。1992年受标准委员会委托独立编制的喷嘴的企业标准和行业标准一直应用至今。
　　20多年来，我们的产品已广泛应用于冶金建筑水泥矿山电子环保化工等各个领域。 为了给用户提供高质量的售后服务，2006年我们自主设计、开发、制造了国内第一台拥有自主知识产权的数字化喷嘴通用试验台，可直接为用户在现场提供使用过程中的喷嘴检测，为喷嘴的维修及更换提供可靠的数据依据和手段。
　　作为国内一流的专业生产液压系统、液压元件的迈克液压公司的一个分厂，我们在高压喷嘴的密封及整体配水系统的设计制作安装调试方面都有更为整体化，全局化的设计经验和优势。

　　Beijing MECC Dayin Spraying System Co., Ltd. (MECC Dayin) began to design and produce nozzles in 1980s. MECC Dayin is the first Chinese company to manufacture nozzles. In 1986, MECC Dayin built first production line and laboratory in China. MECC Dayin passed ministry authentication in 1987. Consigned by National Standard Committee, MECC Dayin compiled nozzle’s standard and industry standard from 1992 to now.
　　MECC Dayin has 10 designers, who are undergraduate, to research and develop nozzles. The designers have designed kinds of nozzles to meet the market requirement. MECC Dayin has the largest production & research base in China. We can independently produce and develop nozzles according to customers’ requirement. In 2006, MECC Dayin designed, developed and produced the first digital spraying test rig. By using the test rig, nozzles can be checked and tested when working. So it supplies the reference to repair and change nozzles.
