依据博世力士乐（BOSCH-REXROTH）液压系统AB检测标准的支持和长期为西马克——德马克、奥钢联、保尔沃特等公司的设计制造液压系统的标准和二十多年液压系统检测经验所制定并在不断地改进；
（2） 完善的测试设备、技术和经验：
10000KN 压力的轧机液压伺服动态测试装置，为用户提供完整的液压伺服系统的动态测试设备技术和经验；有30000l液压油箱的液压系统试验台；可以为用户提供液压系统、电控系统和液压缸的联合检测和现场工况模拟检测。
先进的德国CCS1.CCS2 在线液压介质清洁度激光检测仪、2010K液压系统系统测试仪、各类液压测试台，包括伺服液压系统液压测试台为您的液压设备质量提供了极好的检测设备保证。
（3） 完美的系统预组装和出厂的全面检测：
所有液压阀组（包括在液压系统上使用的）均在厂内经过全面的检测。

5．周到的现场调试服务：
（1）22位有丰富调试经验的专业工程师和技师提供完善的设备调试工作和售后服务；无论何时何地我们都提供完善的的技术培训和现场操作维护使用培训。
（2） 并可为为用户提供公司内（几十人）和在用户现场（数百人）的专业液压系统技术培训和讲座。 2005年迈克液压为天铁在迈克液压厂内进行了30多人的液压系统使用和维护技术培训；在包钢现场进行了6天300多人的液压系统使用和维护技术培训。
6．超长的使用寿命和低廉的维护费用
（1）新抚钢高炉液压系统连续生产3年检修费用为零。
（2）2000年为安阳钢小型厂提供的液压系统连续生产到2006年7月检修费用为零，检修时间共6小时。

(1) MECC Hydraulic can supply turn-key projects for clients: Hydraulic system, lubrication system, automatic control system, cylinder designing and manufacturing, piping installation, cleansing & circulating, commissioning. (2)With 10000KN pressure test equipment and rich experience in automatic control system designing, MECC Hydraulic is the only Chinese company can provide large servo hydraulic system, cylinder and electric control system dynamic test at factory.AGC, AWC servo system of 1750 hot strip mill for Baiyi I/S Co in 2005. The equipment has done dynamic test at factory and test run succeeded for one time on site.

Designing principle: Different from other hydraulic company, our engineer can design the equipment according to field situation so that the clients can get the most economical and reasonable technique scheme.
Designing standard: MECC Hydraulic design, manufacture and test are accordance with Rexroth standard. We supply hydraulic equipments for SMS-DEMAG, AVI, PW at all times.
We have improved the standard and principle these years.
Our engineers and technicians have been trained in Rexroth in Germany. (We have 32 hydraulic engineers and 8 automatic engineers.)
(3) Advance CAD design technique
Adopted advanced technique and design standard, such as 3-D function using CAD technique, our technique level, standard level, quality level and working efficiency have gone up a step.
3. Perfect craftwork
(1) Quality assurance: ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance.
(2) First class processing equipments: German machining center, digital control lathe, 20 sets argon welding machine, pipe electric beveling machine 、semi-auto pipe bending machine, plate shears, plate bender, plasma arc cutting machine, cleansing bed, ultrasonic detector and varnish film pachometer.
(3) Preeminent welding technique: Royal’s welding certificate. All pipes are used argon welding.
(4) Perfect structure craftwork: the appearance of structure parts must be blast sanding.
(5) Advance painting craftwork: far-infrared radiation is used when painting.
4. Advance test standard and perfect test equipment
(1) Advanced test standard: According to Rexroth’s hydraulic systems AB standard and experiences in designing and manufacturing systems for SMS & DEMAG, AVI, PW and STEIN for 20 years, test standard of MECC Hydraulic is improving all the time.
(2) Perfect test equipment, technique and experience:
10000KN pressure mill servo dynamic test equipment can provide whole dynamic test equipment and experience. 30000L hydraulic reservoir test stand can provide combined test for hydraulic system, electric control system and cylinder and simulate field situation.
CCS1 contamination detector, SK2010 hydraulic system data recorder and all kinds of test stands for block and hydraulic equipments.
(3) Perfect pre-fabrication and ex work test:
All blocks (including the blocks used in system) are tested before ex work.
All hydraulic systems are pre-fabrication at factory and tested.
5. Commissioning on site:
(1) 22 professional engineers and technicians can supply perfect commissioning service and after-sales service. Whenever and wherever, MECC Hydraulic will supply technique train and operation & maintenance train.
(2) MECC Hydraulic can lecture hydraulic training to clients and users. We gave a lecture on hydraulic system operation and maintenance in Tianjin Iron Co. and in Baotou I/S Co.in 2005.
